Relationship Transitions

What’s that saying? “The only constant in life, is change*”?

And when change comes for our relationships, we’ve gotta strap in for hecking rocky ride. Yikes.

But…what if relationship transitions could be less bumpy?
What if there are more easeful, intentional and resilient ways of steering into the tides of change?

If your change looks like:

  • Divorce/Separation

  • Consensual Non-Monogamy

  • Conscious Uncoupling

  • Sexuality and/or Identity Exploration (kink, BDSM, LGBTQIA+)

  • Solo Relating and Asexuality

Then I’m here to say, with a whole lotta compassion and science-y-backed-brain-heart-stuff, that change does not have to mean chaos.

Just like rafting down a river, accessing the proper knowledge, skills and being well-equipped makes
    all the difference.

Mind Map - Gestalt Cycle of Experience for Relational Change

HOW DOES COACHING HELP?

Relational coaching is guided by an explorative and holistic framework, the Gestalt Cycle of Experience.
(Ooh, groovy name. “Gestalt”. Guess-tolt? Zhess…tat? Whatever, it doesn’t matter. So, what does it do, exactly?)

This framework helps in:

  • Identifying authentic needs and motivations

  • Addressing unhelpful patterns and blocks

  • Establishing pathways towards wiser decisions and informed action

WHAT’S INVOLVED?

  • Pre-coaching questionnaire

  • 1 x deep-dive, 90-minute starter session

  • 12 x 50-minute 1:1 weekly/fortnightly coaching sessions (3 Months)

    OR

  • 24 x 50-minute 1:1 weekly/fortnightly coaching sessions (6 Months)

  • Reflective activities between sessions to embed insights, ‘a-ha!’ moments and key takeaways.

WHO IS THIS FOR?

This is helpful if:

  • You’re beginning, ending or pivoting a relational journey.

  • You’re looking for skilled, compassionate and judgement-free support.

  • You want to build an insightful approach towards relationships, stepping beyond tick-the-box wants into satisfying connectedness true to your heart, mind and desires.
