    Adult ADHD

Navigating the world with ADHD symptoms such as distractibility, emotional sensitivity, and disorganization can be tricky.

With gentle compassion and a touch of creativity, coaching can help you harness neurodivergent talents while addressing everyday challenges.

Whether structuring your days, relating more comfortably with others or finding balance in a neurotypical world, you'll gain the tools and confidence to thrive - on your terms.

Creatively manage time, connection and wellbeing

    Relationship Transitions

Relationships are vital to who we are, but they sometimes change in unexpected ways.

Whether you're consciously uncoupling, exploring ethical non-monogamy, or rethinking what you want in a partner(s), it can feel like uncertain ground.

The great news is that healthful relating is whole-heartedly within reach, through a guided process where insight, clarity and compassion naturally emerges.

    Cultural Transitions & Relocation

Relocating to another country is a thrilling, yet daunting experience.

The excitement of new opportunities can be overshadowed by the stress of fitting in, finding community, or maintaining a sense of self in new contexts.

From managing homesickness and making friends to reintegrating back into your 'passport country', intercultural coaching can help align adventure to a grounded, rewarding experience.

    Caveat:

Thanks to low/no-cost artificial intelligence language models, self-coaching is an option available to most. Self-coaching is valid and beneficial, especially where systemic economic injustice is a barrier.

Coaching oneself is possible when combined with deliberate systems of self-enquiry and accountability. With time and a free YouTube account, you can learn to set these up.
Everyone deserves to fulfil their potential, no matter what.

    So…why work with a coach?
Partnering with a coach expedites and integrates change processes and personal growth.

A coach is an authentic and invested 'fellow traveller' on your team - someone educated in specific, strategic knowledge, who possesses the wisdom of lived experience and skilled in holding your challenges and victories with a compassionate heart.

  • A client and their coach must be well aligned, as coaching is a profoundly personal process and, at times, emotionally intimate and bravely vulnerable.

When taking on any coach or helping professional, it is best to schedule a brief call with them (known as an 'Intro' or 'Discovery' call) before any formal arrangements proceed.

Regarding my own coaching methodology: I work from a foundation of postgraduate education in Coaching (ICF framework) and Gestalt Psychotherapy with a commitment to research, inclusivity and continuing professional education.

  • By appointment:

    - Online via Zoom video call

    - In-person by prior arrangement, in Melbourne, Australia (City centre or inner Western suburbs)

I had the pleasure of getting to know Rachel during our postgraduate studies in coaching, and she has been a remarkable presence both during the course and beyond.

Her support has been unwavering, always offering thoughtful reflections that provided new perspectives.
